Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
During peak periods (public holidays, major sales), processing may take up to 48 hours.


🇦🇺 Standard Delivery – Australia

Your order will typically arrive within 4–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier handling.


🇳🇿 Standard Delivery – New Zealand

Your order will typically arrive within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs clearance, weather events, courier delays, etc.).

  • Our Melbourne facility (where available), and

  • Trusted international partner warehouses for selected products

Regardless of dispatch location, all orders are delivered within the stated timeframe above.

🇳🇿 New Zealand

We offer tracked international shipping to New Zealand with delivery in 7–10 business days.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to begin showing movement, especially during international transit or carrier handovers.

You can track your parcel at any time using the link provided in your email.


📌 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel shows no tracking movement for:

  • 14 business days (Australia)

  • 18 business days (New Zealand)

It may be considered delayed or lost in transit.

In this situation:

  • If you purchased Shipping Protection, you will be eligible for a free replacement in line with our Shipping Protection Policy.

  • If you did not add Shipping Protection, we will do our best to assist you in working with the courier, however replacements are not guaranteed for lost or delayed parcels caused by third-party carriers.

Parcels marked “Delivered” by the courier are considered successfully delivered and are not eligible for replacement under Shipping Protection or our standard policy.


📦 Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

  • With Shipping Protection: we will send a free replacement

  • Without Shipping Protection: we will assess the damage in line with ACL (Australia) or applicable NZ consumer law, and our Returns Policy
