Warranty Policy
π‘οΈ SilkyGlow Pro β Warranty
12-Month Warranty Against Defects
Every SilkyGlow Pro is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your device stops working properly due to a fault in materials or workmanship under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's covered:
- Motor or charging faults not caused by misuse
- Manufacturing defects in the device body, heads, or charging dock
- Premature failure under normal, intended use
What's not covered:
- Damage from drops, water exposure beyond the device's rating, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear on blades/heads over time
- Devices that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than us
Replacement devices:
If your device is replaced under this warranty, the replacement is covered for the remainder of the original 12-month warranty period (calculated from your original purchase date), not a new 12-month term.
How to make a claim:
Email hello@theaussiehaven.com with your order number and a description (and photo/video if possible) of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps β this may include a repair, replacement, or other remedy depending on the fault.
This warranty is in addition to, and works alongside, your automatic rights under the Australian Consumer Law β it doesn't replace or limit them in any way.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
