At The Aussie Haven, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

In certain circumstances, cancellations may be approved at our discretion if requested promptly after purchase. If a cancellation is approved, a restocking and processing fee of 10% of the order total will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administration costs.

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. In this case, you’re welcome to return the item in line with our Returns Policy.

  • A photo or video showing the issue

Return Shipping for Faulty Items:

  • Customers initially cover the return shipping cost (if required)

  • Once we confirm the fault and receive proof of postage (receipt), we fully reimburse return shipping via PayPal or bank transfer

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item back.

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery (for change of mind)

  • The product has been opened or used (for personal care items)

  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere

  • You placed the order by mistake

  • The product was damaged due to misuse
