❌ Order Cancellations

We work hard to process and ship orders quickly. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

In certain circumstances, cancellations may be approved at our discretion if requested promptly after purchase. If a cancellation is approved, a 10% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administration costs.

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. In this case, you’re welcome to return the item in line with our Returns Policy.

Return Shipping for Faulty Items:

  • Customers cover the return shipping cost initially (if required)

  • Once we confirm the fault, we fully reimburse return postage

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Damage caused during transit is handled under our Shipping Protection Policy, which provides replacement only (no refunds). Theft or β€œdelivered but not received” scenarios are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless required by law.
