Win the Full SilkyGlow Ritual: Terms and Conditions

Promoter: BTANZ PTY LTD trading as The Aussie Haven, ABN 20 690 545 138, Mickleham, Victoria 3064.

  1. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  2. Entry period. Entries open 7:00pm AEDT on Fri 23 Oct 2026 and close 11:59pm AEDT on Sun 8 Nov 2026.
  3. How to enter. Enter free by submitting your first name and email address through the form at theaussiehaven.com/pages/win. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Entries made through other means, or using multiple email addresses, will be void.
  4. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one SilkyGlow Pro, one SilkyGlow Pro Case, one Glow Exfoliating Glove and one SilkyBuff Exfoliating Towel (total RRP $139.96 AUD). Colour selection is subject to availability. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. The draw. The winner will be drawn at random at 10:00am AEDT on Mon 9 Nov 2026 at the Promoter's address from all eligible entries received.
  6. Notification. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw and their first name and state will be published on theaussiehaven.com and the Promoter's social channels. The winner has 7 days to respond. If the winner does not respond, or is not eligible, the Promoter will draw a replacement winner.
  7. Delivery. The Promoter will deliver the prize to the winner's Australian address at no cost within 21 days of the winner confirming their details.
  8. Marketing consent. By ticking the consent box when entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from The Aussie Haven and may unsubscribe at any time. Consent is not a condition of entry.
  9. Privacy. Personal information is collected by the Promoter to run the competition and, with consent, for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
  10. General. The Promoter's decision is final. The Promoter may cancel or amend the competition if circumstances outside its control make it necessary. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from any liability in connection with this promotion.
  11. Records. The Promoter will keep records of the promotion, including entries and the winner's details, for at least 12 months after the draw.
